These terms cover your use of this website and booking requests you send directly to Sekku House, 2793+X7F, Unawatuna 80600, Sri Lanka.

Booking requests

Sending a booking request through this website or WhatsApp does not create a booking. We will reply with availability and a price for your dates. A booking exists only when we have confirmed it to you in writing (by e-mail or WhatsApp). The written confirmation sets out the price, what it includes, any deposit or payment due and the cancellation terms that apply to your stay.

Bookings made elsewhere

If you book Sekku House through a travel website, that website’s terms and cancellation policy apply to your booking.

House rules

• Check-in from 14:00 until 23:00 — tell us your arrival time and we will be ready for you.
• Check-out by 11:00.
• No pets, please.
• Smoking only in the designated outdoor area.
• No hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests are responsible for supervising children, particularly around the pool, which has no lifeguard. Please treat the house and its furnishings with care; we may ask guests to pay for damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Website content

We work hard to keep the information on this site accurate, but details such as facilities can change. Distances shown are straight-line distances published on travel listings; road distances are longer. Photos on this site are of Sekku House and may not be reused without our permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not responsible for the content of websites we link to.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. If you are a consumer, you may also have the protection of the laws of the country where you live.
